As a ServiceNow Architect, you are the technical visionary for our projects. Your role involves:
- Leading the technical design of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
- Establishing platform governance and best practices to ensure scalability and ease of upgrades.
- Designing complex integrations and managing the technical delivery of strategic enterprise roadmaps.
- Mentoring technical teams and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on platform strategy.
We look for architects with 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically on the ServiceNow platform. You should have a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise implementations, deep knowledge of CSDM, and experience with complex integrations. Multiple certifications, including CTA or CMA, are highly preferred.
